Silverado Creek - Maintenance Worker

Conduct daily rounds of the Home to complete preventative maintenance schedules and monitor for plant concerns or potential issues. Execute the Preventative Maintenance Program by ensuring regular checks are completed with accurate documentation and standardizing organizational reporting. Prioritize items needing attention, repair equipment or plant as able, and refer to outside contractors when necessary. Clear sidewalks, patios, and exit areas of ice and snow in winter. Assist residents with moving furniture and check safety of resident equipment upon move-in. Inspect rooms for mechanical hazards prior to resident move-in and investigate all accidents. Report near misses, injuries, equipment damage, or unsafe conditions to the Site Leader immediately. Maintain proper equipment care and take precautions to protect the safety of residents, workers, and the public.
