Job Summary
Greet guests, take orders, and prepare food while operating cash registers and handling credit card transactions in compliance with PCI standards. Maintain a themed environment, clean tables, and implement shop closing procedures. Utilize suggestive selling and ensure food safety through ServSafe training. Lift up to 50 pounds and stand on uneven terrain for the full shift in extreme weather. Requires basic math skills and strong verbal communication. Full-time seasonal role through 1/2/27.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Basic math skills to include making change and counting change back to guests
- Must be able to complete an in-house ServSafe food training class
- Lift, carry, push and pull an average weight of 25 pounds to 50 pounds maximum
- Stand/walk on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, and concrete for 67 – 100% of the time
- Work in extreme weather conditions
- Wear personal protective gear (Hair restraints, food safe gloves, etc) correctly most of the day
- Remember locations, understand and carry out instructions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with high volume food preferred
