Job Summary
Greet guests, take orders, and prepare food products while operating Point of Sale registers and handling cash and credit card transactions. Maintain a themed environment, clean and bus tables as assigned, and implement shop closing procedures. Utilize suggestive selling and make change to customers, ensuring compliance with PCI standards and food safety protocols. Work in a fast-paced environment with uneven terrain, lifting up to 50 pounds, and wear personal protective equipment. Must complete in-house ServSafe training and hold at least 16 years of age. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Basic math skills to include making change and counting change back to guests
- Must be able to complete an in-house ServSafe food training class
- Lift, carry, push and pull an average weight of 25 pounds to 50 pounds maximum
- Stand/walk on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, and concrete for 67 – 100% of the time
- Work in extreme weather conditions
- Repetitively use hands and finger movements
- Wear personal protective gear (Hair restraints, food safe gloves, etc) correctly most of the day
- Remember locations, understand and carry out instructions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with high volume food preferred
