Job Summary
Greet guests, take product orders, and prepare food while maintaining a themed environment at concession stands, skillets, or buffet restaurants. Operate Point of Sale registers to handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring compliance with PCI standards. Cook food products, clean and bus tables, and implement shop closing procedures. Utilize suggestive selling and maintain positive relationships with teammates while wearing required personal protective equipment. Work in extreme weather conditions, standing on uneven terrain for extended periods, and complete an in-house ServSafe food training class. This seasonal role runs from now through January 2, 2027, for candidates aged 16 and older with experience in high-volume food service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Basic math skills to include making change and counting change back to guests
- Must be able to complete an in-house ServSafe food training class
- Lift, carry, push and pull an average weight of 25 pounds to 50 pounds maximum
- Stand/walk on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, and concrete for 67 – 100% of the time
- Work in extreme weather conditions
- Continuously make repetitive motions
- Wear personal protective gear (Hair restraints, food safe gloves, etc) correctly most of the day
- Remember locations, understand and carry out instructions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with high volume food preferred
