Job Summary
Fabricate, prep, stage, and install visual packages for festivals and indoor spaces using basic hand and power tools. Construct, assemble, and maintain display components while replicating floral projects and completing sewing tasks with a serger. Participate in set-up, maintenance, and teardown of all visual displays, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and keeping work areas organized. Lift up to 50 pounds and work in non-climate-controlled environments across indoor and outdoor settings. Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude while solving problems with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Class E Driver's License or resident state equivalent
- The ability to lift and/or carry 25 pounds to 50 pounds
- The ability to stand and walk on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, and concrete continuously
- The ability to remember locations, understand and carry out instructions continuously
- The ability to work at a rapid speed continuously
- The ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments and various weather conditions
- Organizational skills
- Effective communication
- The ability to follow instructions
Desired Qualifications
