Silver Dollar City – Entertainment & Events, Float Handler (Seasonal, 2026)

Float Handler for Seasonal parade operations: serve as a Float Handler during the parade, assist with safe movement of parade floats, maintain clear two-way radio communication with float drivers, fellow handlers, and parade leadership, monitor the route for guests/obstacles, and relay stops/changes. Must be able to walk up to 3 miles per shift, lift up to 100 pounds, work outdoors in varying weather, and work evening shifts. Participate in rehearsals and learn parade routes and blocking; demonstrate attention to detail, good judgment, and a courteous, professional demeanor; interact with guests, performers, and team members and follow safety procedures and company values. Requires effective communication, ability to follow written/verbal instructions, and compliance with safety protocols.
