Job Summary
Lead bakery team to uphold Magnolia/Silos Baking Co. standards on the floor, supervise and train staff, and ensure exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include personnel performance feedback, guest service, safety, product knowledge, cash handling, opening/closing duties, and ensuring quality and cleanliness. Requires supervisory experience in a fast-paced bakery/hospitality setting, strong communication, teamwork, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Must have Texas Food Manager Certification and availability for weekends/evenings/holidays; position based in Waco, TX.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- 2-4 years of related work experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Prior food service or hospitality experience preferred
- Texas Food Manager Certification required
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, special events, and holidays as business needs require; two closing shifts per week required
