Job Summary
Coordinate and produce custom silk screened, pad printed and laser printed items. Operate a multi-headed silk screener, ensuring printing instructions are followed (logo placement, colors, etc.). Maintain scheduled time frames and delivery dates. Crosstrain in embroidery, quality control, folding/packaging, and related promo department functions as workload requires. Contribute positive presence to the DiVal team. Emphasizes safety, reporting any concerns, and a strong work ethic. Requires ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills and attention to detail; must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 30 pounds. High School diploma or GED; 1-3 years silk screening experience preferred.
