Job Summary
Optimize analytical tools and processes for silicon components globally, including developing AI models, dashboards, and automated reporting to improve efficiency. Manage reference design setups for rack-scale solutions while supporting category strategies, supplier negotiations, and quality assurance processes. Analyze industry trends and procurement performance to reduce supply costs and meet demand requirements, business specifications, and revenue goals. Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute procurement objectives and implement improvements in supply chain modeling. Work hybrid, two days per week from an HPE office in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- First level university degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Science or equivalent experience
- Typically, 2-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain function
- Basic understanding of procurement processes
- Previous experience with AI implementation in the workload
- Strong analytical skills
- Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI platforms, SAP tools (or similar applications))
- Understanding on how to deploy and leverage AI
- Good knowledge and use of procurement tools and applications
- Good communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) and teamwork skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office
