Job Summary
Deliver quality individual and group activities including counseling sessions, skill teaching, and house meetings. Provide support with activities of daily living such as medication management, budgeting, and community participation. Assist clients with mental health and substance abuse issues by developing coping skills and support systems. Help individuals access educational and vocational resources like G.E.D. classes and employment supports. Establish apartment safety and manage crisis situations while maintaining accurate documentation of treatment plans and progress reviews. Ensure compliance with internal regulations, policies, and procedures including confidentiality and HIPAA. Maintain program continuity through team communication and mandatory training participation. Work Tuesday through Saturday 10 am to 6 pm at a rate of $18.00/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent in human services
- 1 year experience
- High school diploma/G.E.D.
- 3 years related mental health experience
- Valid PA driver's license
