Signs Project Manager

Plan, execute, and finalize signs projects by conceptualizing designs, estimating costs, negotiating with customers and suppliers, and selecting vendors to maximize profits. Build and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel while developing staffing plans and acting as a liaison between local staff and regional teams. Monitor financial performance, assemble AIA invoices, and communicate project goals to electrical and lighting trade personnel. Oversee job site safety, manage national work orders and service calls, and address customer or regulatory complaints. Travel as needed and work long hours to motivate and improve team performance.
