Job Summary

The Signature Service Manager oversees the Signature Service Representatives who manage contract, permit, and HOA documentation, coordinate project appointments, and maintain proactive communication with homeowners throughout the remodeling journey. Responsible for setting team objectives, coaching and training staff, generating reports to track departmental metrics, recruiting and onboarding new team members, and ensuring high-quality service from sale to project completion while maintaining accurate project records and coordinating general office duties.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of leadership/management experience in the customer service industry
  • Prior experience leading teams within the customer service industry
  • Prior experience in construction/home improvement industry is preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in teaching, coaching, and mentoring with ability to develop others’ skills and performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices for delivering high-quality support
  • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment with a focus on collaboration and accountability
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal background check
