Job Summary
Signature Customer Success Account Manager responsible for a high volume of smaller UPS accounts within the Arlington, VA, Silver Spring, MD, and Takoma Park, MD territory. Drive customer satisfaction and retention at scale using dashboards and reporting, manage multiple customer engagements efficiently, identify low-touch upsell opportunities, and coordinate with sales, support, and UPS operations to deliver supply chain solutions. Focus on driving loyalty and growth by identifying patterns, addressing common challenges, and enabling customers to maximize success with UPS products and services. Emphasizes proactive check-ins, performance reviews, churn prevention, and value creation through product adoption and guided resources.
Required Qualifications
- 0–4 years in customer success, support, or related customer-facing roles
- SMB account management experience
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements through strong organizational skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Excellent written communication skills
- Must be located within the territory
