Job Summary
Research and design novel signal processing / communications algorithms; develop near-real-time software to implement these algorithms; perform testing and iterative refinement; understand customer/operational requirements and develop/modify systems to meet them; document and communicate highly technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and effective manner.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SSBI and SCI eligibility
- Minimum three (3) years of experience
- Knowledge of stochastic signal processing and digital communications
- Facility with computational linear algebra
- Proficiency in C/C++ and Python
- Knowledge of Linux and associated development tools
- Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Good organization, decision making, and verbal and written communication skills
- High level of self-initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively in small team settings to solve complex problems
