Signal Integrity - Product Engineering Manager

Job Summary
Lead a team of signal integrity engineers designing copper-based I/O cable assemblies for high-bandwidth applications (up to 448 Gbps per lane) and serve as engineering manager for the OverPass Business Unit. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a testing roadmap, defining test plans, test cases and acceptance criteria, and prioritizing testing efforts. Manage and mentor a team of tester designers, conduct performance reviews, and drive professional growth. Ensure adherence to testing standards, regulatory requirements, and collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early. Act as a liaison between testing, development, product management, and other stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement by adopting new tools, techniques, and methodologies; stay current with SI testing trends. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years in software and SI testing with at least 2 years in a leadership role, strong communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with testing tools and automation frameworks, experience with defect tracking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical communication / electrical engineering/ computer science/ software engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software and SI (signal integrity) testing, including at least 2 years in a management or leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and lead a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with testing tools and automation frameworks
- Experience with a defect tracking system
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
