Signal Integrity Engineering Manager - High Speed Connectors

Job Summary
Lead a high-speed signal-integrity engineering team developing next-generation HSIO connectors (SFP, QSFP, OSFP, CDFP, 448G-class). Own the signal-integrity portion of new product development—from architecture and simulation through validation, compliance testing, and transfer to global manufacturing sites. Interface with customers and product managers to translate performance requirements into connector designs and production-ready solutions. Conduct design reviews with SI, mechanical, and manufacturing teams; collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure performance and engineering excellence. Mentor engineers, establish best-practice workflows for simulation, modeling, measurement, and design; drive innovation and roadmaps. Support sales/applications during customer engagements and assist with production ramps through measurement techniques and test limits for high-volume manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering required; M.S. preferred.
