Collaborate with internal teams and global customers to define product performance, ensuring engineering excellence across next-gen cloud, data center, 5G, and enterprise markets. Drive technology and product roadmaps while presenting vision and solutions to key stakeholders. Mentor engineering team members, foster technical growth, and share best practices to champion continuous improvement in design methodology and workflow. Solve high-speed design challenges including signal integrity, simulation, and test methodologies, while supporting global factories in ramping up production and establishing test limits.
