Job Summary
Install, maintain, repair and adjust electrical signalling equipment. Undertake scheduled maintenance activities on signalling equipment. Attend signalling failures to analyse, repair and report on cause of failures. Maintain records and documentation relating to signal maintenance and costing systems. Report on actual work performed against the scheduled work program and report any equipment irregularities. Flexible with working times.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate IV Railway Signalling
- A current ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence
- A Current Queensland Electrical Mechanic Licence or interstate equivalent that can be changed over prior to starting
- Experience in the installation, maintenance and fault rectification of signalling equipment
- Capacity to travel and work within regional Queensland
