Job Summary
Signage Customer Service role focusing on handling signage leads, communicating with customers about projects, and guiding them through materials, installation techniques, and requirements. Responsibilities include art management (not creation), quoting with vendors, determining project scopes based on client needs and additive manufacturing constraints, facilitating install coordination and shipping logistics, and coordinating with manufacturers and installers. Preferred skills include independent work, teamwork, fast-paced environments, Adobe Illustrator proficiency, ability to read basic construction drawings, understanding signage materials and additive manufacturing techniques, and ability to source and quote projects from vendors. Experience with signage—from banners to channel lettering—and strong customer service background are valued. Compensation includes competitive base pay, performance-based bonuses, PTO, and health benefits after 90 days.
