Job Summary
Manage inside sales and production support by consulting with customers to drive upsells, capturing specifics via job analysis, and reviewing proofs for pick-up. Create job estimates using MIS tools, maintain pricing strategies, and resolve inquiries while updating mailing databases and contacting leads for meetings. Keep clients informed on job progress, assist sales reps and production floor operations, and edit print-ready files using Adobe Suite. Maintain a professional appearance and proficiency in CRM tools to effectively manage all communication methods.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of printing and prepress
- Possesses a solid knowledge of MIS systems and order entry processes
- Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates
- Strong analytical skills (break projects into steps or sets)
- Excellent writing and verbal skills
- Professional appearance and decorum
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in Digital Design (Adobe Creative Suites)
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management experience is preferred but not required
- Certification in Digital Design (Adobe Creative Suites)
