Job Summary
Licensed clinicians provide therapeutic support and treatment planning for adults and adolescents in a psychiatric inpatient setting; perform psychosocial and substance use assessments, suicide risk assessments, and develop/implement plans of care; participate in weekly plan of care with an interdisciplinary treatment team; document treatment in medical records and complete legally mandated reports; provide individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and coordination with psychiatrists and housing/residential needs as recommended. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field
- Current Nevada license (or intern license) as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Professional Counselor
- CPR prior to completion of new hire orientation
- CPI prior to completion of new hire orientation
