Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, performing medication reviews, physical exams, and administering diagnostic tests like spirometry and diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad clinical workflow to complete visits while traveling locally within licensed states and conducting virtual visits as needed. Work 29.5 hours weekly as a part-time clinician, providing preventive and diagnostic services to health plan members in their residences. Requires an active, unrestricted license and board certification to cover the Bellingham area.

- Board certification (required)
- Able to cover the following primary locations: Bellingham and surrounding area
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
