Sign-on Bonus! Licensed Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist needed at Barron Ridge Physical Therapy in Fishersville, VA (with potential placement at Waynesboro). Responsibilities include treating a dynamic mix of orthopedic, post-surgical, geriatric, and athletic patients with a caseload of 1–2 patients per hour, leveraging AI Documentation, and supporting clinical growth through specialization or certification opportunities. Flexible scheduling available: full-time up to 40 hours per week or part-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
