Outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist needed for a private practice in Bel Air, MD. Treat patients of all ages in a general outpatient orthopedic setting with a younger patient population focus, seeing 11 patients per 8-hour day. Hand therapy interest encouraged but not required. Practice supports specialization and certification, plus mentorship for new graduates. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends; flexible scheduling and autonomy to build your workweek. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, plus a sign-on bonus and productivity/performance bonus.
