Job Summary
Outpatient orthopedic-focused Physical Therapist role in Stayton, OR, with potential to move into Clinic Director responsibilities. One-on-one, 1-hour patient appointments in a private practice clinic open Mon–Fri with potential weekend work. Full-time or part-time positions available; clinic operates with mentorship from experienced PTs and a supportive team. Responsibilities include direct patient care in outpatient orthopedics, possible pelvic health caseload, EMR-based documentation, and opportunity to grow into leadership. Requires Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent and state licensure; Oregon licensure eligibility required; prior clinic-director experience for leadership track.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation with Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Eligible for Oregon state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- All experience levels considered; new graduates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience required for Clinic Director role
