Job Summary
Treat patients of all ages in an outpatient orthopedic setting within a private practice clinic in White Marsh, MD. Opportunity to build a specialty with support for pursuing certification and leadership development; mentorship available for new graduates; schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends and optional flexible scheduling. Sign-on bonus offered. Candidates should have a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and Maryland licensure eligibility; outpatient orthopedic experience preferred and hand therapy interest is a plus. The role emphasizes collaborative care, professional development, and a pathway toward specialization.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland
- Graduation with Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Eligible for Maryland state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- New graduate welcome and mentored
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required
- Hand therapy experience a plus
- U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship required)
- Full-time 40 hours preferred; part-time and PRN considered
