Sign-on Bonus! Licensed Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Physical Therapist in outpatient orthopedics for a private practice in Joppa, MD. Treat patients of all ages in a general outpatient orthopedic setting, with a younger patient population focus and up to 11 patients per 8-hour day. Mentorship for new grads and opportunities to pursue specialization or advanced certification. Hand therapy experience is a plus but not required. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends; flexible scheduling with autonomy to build your hours. Sign-on bonus available; compensation $85,000–$100,000 per year plus productivity/ performance bonus.
