Job Summary
Physical Therapist - outpatient orthopedics in Antigo, WI. Roles include Staff Level position or a full-time Clinic Manager with mentorship for new graduates. Mixed caseload in general outpatient orthopedics with emphasis on older adults/geriatric patients; potential future industrial rehab. Flexible schedule allowing four or five days per week (32–40 hours), Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM, no weekends/holidays. Works with a team across seven locations to deliver client-centric care and optimize function; strong emphasis on professional development and collaborative practice. Must have Doctor of Physical Therapy and Wisconsin state licensure eligibility; new grads welcome for staff role; Clinic Manager requires 1 year of experience. Sign-on or student loan bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing
- Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- 1 year of experience for Clinic Manager role
- New grad mentoring available for staff-level position
- Full-time scheduling with flexibility (32-40 hours)
