Job Summary
Physical Therapist will treat patients of all ages in a general outpatient orthopedic setting with vestibular rehabilitation and potential pelvic health caseload. All care is delivered one-on-one in 45-minute sessions with no patient overlap unless clinically appropriate. Full-time clinicians see about 44 patients per week with full autonomy over scheduling. A staff-level path to management exists, and a Clinic Director role blends direct patient care with leadership responsibilities. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm, with no weekends or holidays; flexible scheduling and autonomy to tailor a personal work-life fit. Compensation starts at $97,000 with potential to exceed $100k; total compensation can reach $120,000+ with all components; sign-on bonus or relocation assistance provided. Required Qualifications
- Graduation as Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing
- State license to practice Physical Therapy in Alaska
