Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication and medical history reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for each visit while connecting one-on-one with patients to answer health questions and provide education. Perform virtual visits as needed and deliver Diagnostic & Preventive Services products such as bone density screenings. Travel up to 100% of the time across a defined coverage area, which may require overnight stays or flights, while maintaining active, unrestricted licenses in all required states. Work full-time hours with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401K, and malpractice coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Able to cover all counties within state and flex to other areas of business need
- Must be able to comfortably and safely perform duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
