Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations across New York, performing 45-minute visits that include medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry and diabetic eye exams. Engage one-on-one with patients to answer health questions and provide education, utilizing an iPad-based clinical workflow without prescribing medication or altering treatment regimens. Travel up to 100% of the time, including overnight stays and flights, to cover all counties within New York while maintaining active, unrestricted multi-state licenses. Perform virtual visits as needed and deliver comprehensive preventive and diagnostic services directly to patients' residences.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Able to cover all counties within New York and flex to other areas of business need
- Must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
- Must be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, up to 100% of the time
