Job Summary
In-home health evaluations as a traveling Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (full-time Clinician) across defined coverage areas, traveling up to 100% with potential overnight stays. Conduct ~45-minute visits including medication/history review, physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests; use an iPad with a clinical workflow. Requires active licenses, board certification, and ability to obtain multi-state licenses; travel locally and within licensed states; primary workplace is members' homes; compensation includes base pay and per-completion incentive along with comprehensive benefits. Anticipated 40-hour weeks with opportunities to cover NH counties and other areas as needed, including potential sign-on bonus.
