Job Summary
In-Home ME Traveler, Nurse Practitioner or PA: A full-time clinician role providing in-home health evaluations across Maine counties, traveling up to 100% of the time with potential overnight stays. Responsibilities include 45-minute visits with medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic testing as ordered by health plans. Use an iPad-based clinical workflow; no prescribing or altering current treatments. Requires active NP or PA board certification, unrestricted licenses, and multi-state licensure as needed. Must be able to travel locally within Maine counties and flex to other areas of business need; travel logistics may include hotel stays and flights. Sign-on bonus eligible; compensation ranges from $78,331 to $187,460 with comprehensive benefits for full-time employees. Maine residence is preferred, and primary locations include Aroostook, Androscoggin, Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Sagadahoc, Waldo, Franklin, Oxford, Somerset, Hancock, Penobscot, Piscataquis, Washington, Cumberland and York counties. Virtual visits possible as needed, with a strong emphasis on delivering flexible, personalized health evaluations at patients’ homes.

- Able to cover all counties within Maine and flex to other areas of business need

- Master's degree or higher in nursing (NP) or physician assistant program (PA)
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Willingness to work in home environments with varied conditions
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with clinical workflow tools and iPad-based systems
- Ability to obtain multi-state licensure as required
- Time-management and organizational skills for 40-hour weeks and travel logistics
- Comfort with overnight travel and hotel stays when required
- Strong collaboration and teamwork in a national clinician network
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, personalized health evaluations
- Demonstrated adherence to safety and quality protocols
