Job Summary
In-Home Clinician role for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant traveling up to 100% across a defined MA coverage area to perform in-home health evaluations. Visits last ~45 minutes and include medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and potential diagnostic tests (e.g., spirometry). No prescribing or altering treatment; uses an iPad and follows a clinical workflow. Travel may involve overnight stays, car rentals, or flights. Requires active MA licenses and ability to obtain multi-state licenses. Full-time role offering a comprehensive benefits package and sign-on bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification (NP or PA)
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area
- Able to cover all counties within Massachusetts and flex to other areas of business need
