Sign-On Bonus Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Conduct daily support for adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses in Gray Group Home locations. Assist individuals in living meaningful, fulfilling lives while attending required trainings and staff meetings. Maintain reliable transportation and willingness to travel across the region. Full-time employees work Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday shifts from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with part-time options available on alternate days. Candidates must be 18 or older, hold a high school diploma or GED, and pass a criminal background check.
