Job Summary
Conduct outpatient-only family medicine primary care across multiple Erie County locations with outpatient call rotation. Collaborate daily with experienced physicians, NPs, and PAs in a team-based environment utilizing system-wide Epic EMR. Access full specialty network resources at UPMC Hamot for diagnostics and hospital referrals. Maintain unrestricted Pennsylvania medical licensure and DEA certification. Full-time employment with enhanced compensation including productivity incentives, sign-on bonus, and educational loan repayment.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License
- Ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
- Licensed primary care providers in eligible HPSAs
- At least two years at an NHSC-approved site within the HPSA
