Job Summary
A certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will implement treatment programs to assist pediatric patients with cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing and/or social/emotional disabilities and delays by planning and administering speech therapy services in the home and community. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing goals and treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, coaching caregivers to carry over therapies in daily routines, coordinating with referral partners, and ensuring continuation of therapeutic plans after discharge through home exercise programs. The role supports both part-time and full-time schedules with guaranteed pay to help build caseloads and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements: ASHA certification, Texas State SLP License, CPR certification, and ideally 1 year of experience. Skills and duties emphasize pediatric therapy across cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional domains, documentation in EMR, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
