Job Summary
Provide pediatric physical therapy in home and community settings, evaluating and treating pediatric patients with physical, neurological, cognitive, and social-emotional needs; develop and implement individualized treatment plans, educate and empower families to carry over activities at home, coordinate with referral partners, maintain documentation in an EMR, ensure continuation of the therapeutic plan post-discharge, and participate in ongoing mentorship and training; opportunities include both part-time and full-time roles with a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- State license
- Current CPR certification
- A minimum of 1 yr. of experience preferred
