SIGN ON BONUS - $3,000 - Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT)

Physical Therapist (PT) needed to implement pediatric home health therapy programs for children with physical, neurological, cognitive, and social/emotional needs in the home and community. Responsibilities include evaluating and interpreting assessment results, developing goals appropriate to the child, creating and implementing physical therapy treatment plans in collaboration with the physician, guiding caregivers and families to carry over therapies into daily routines, coordinating with referral partners, and documenting care in an electronic medical record system. Requires a state license and CPR certification; 1+ year of experience preferred. Provides patient-centered, family-centered care with ongoing education, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.
