Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) for pediatric home health in Texas. Responsibilities include evaluating and developing goals, planning and implementing pediatric physical therapy treatment plans to address physical, neurological, cognitive, and social-emotional needs; assisting children to improve functioning and independence; educating and coaching caregivers to integrate therapeutic activities into daily routines; coordinating with referral partners and physicians; designing home exercise programs; documenting care in an electronic medical record with attention to confidentiality; and providing ongoing support, mentorship, and training opportunities.
Required Qualifications

- Current CPR certification
