SIGN ON BONUS - $3,000 - Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

Occupational Therapist (OT) for pediatric clients will implement treatment programs in the home and community. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing child-specific goals, creating and implementing occupational therapy treatment plans, addressing physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, and social-emotional development, educating and empowering caregivers to apply therapeutic activities at home, coordinating with referral partners, and ensuring continuation of care with home exercise programs. Documentation in an electronic medical record system and maintaining patient confidentiality are required. State license and CPR certification are required; 1 year of experience preferred.
