Job Summary
Certified Occupational Therapist (OT) to implement pediatric home-health therapy programs in the home and community. Responsibilities include evaluating and interpreting assessment results, developing goals appropriate for the child, creating and implementing OT treatment plans, addressing physical, neurological, sensory, feeding, ADL and social-emotional development, coaching caregivers to transfer activities into daily routines, coordinating with referral partners, and documenting care in an EMR system. Requires Texas OT license and CPR certification; 1 year experience preferred. Includes sign-on bonus and opportunities across part-time and full-time schedules.
Required Qualifications
