Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) needed for pediatric home-health care to implement treatment programs for children and young adults with physical, cognitive, sensory, and social-emotional needs. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing child-specific goals, creating and implementing occupational therapy plans, addressing physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, and social-emotional development areas, coaching caregivers to carry over activities, coordinating with referral partners, ensuring continuation of therapy through home exercise programs, and documenting care in an EMR while maintaining patient confidentiality. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available. Must hold a state license and current CPR certification; 1+ year experience preferred.
