Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) – Pediatric home health. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing OT treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL and social/emotional needs; assist pediatric/young adult patients in improving independence through skilled interventions; educate and empower caregivers to carry over therapy into daily routines; coordinate with referral partners; design and instruct home exercise programs; document care in an electronic medical record; maintain patient confidentiality.
