Job Summary
Provide pediatric speech-language pathology services in home and community settings. Implement treatment programs to assist pediatric patients with cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and/or social-emotional disabilities, by planning and administering speech therapy services in the home and community. Develop goals and treatment plans in collaboration with physicians; educate and empower caregivers to carry over therapeutic activities into daily routines; coordinate with referral partners; ensure continuity of care after discharge with home exercise programs; document care and maintain confidentiality. Flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time opportunities; bilingual Spanish preferred. Qualifications include ASHA certification, Texas SLP license, CPR certification, with 1+ year experience preferred.
