Job Summary
Provide pediatric physical therapy in the home and community by evaluating and planning therapy for children with physical, neurological, cognitive, and social/emotional disabilities. Develop goals with the physician, implement PT treatment plans, educate and empower families to carry over activities, coordinate with referral partners, design home exercise programs, document care in an EMR, and maintain patient confidentiality. Requires Texas State PT license and CPR certification; 1 year of experience preferred. Opportunities for both part-time and full-time roles with comprehensive benefits.
