SIGN ON BONUS - $2,500 - Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT)

Certified Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to implement in-home and community-based physical therapy programs for pediatric patients with physical, neurological, cognitive, and social-emotional needs in Texas. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing goals appropriate to each child, creating and implementing individualized PT treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, coaching and empowering families to carry over therapeutic activities, coordinating with referral partners, ensuring continuation of the therapeutic plan after discharge through home exercise programs, documenting care and care coordination in an electronic medical record system, and maintaining patient confidentiality. The role supports both part-time and full-time schedules with a focus on high-quality, family-centered care and ongoing mentorship and professional development.
