SIGN ON BONUS - $2,500 - Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

Provide pediatric occupational therapy in home and community settings by implementing treatment programs to address physical, cognitive, sensory, and social-emotional needs. Conduct evaluations, develop goals, and create/implement OT treatment plans in collaboration with the physician. Support pediatric and young adult patients in areas such as physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADLs, and social-emotional development; maximize independence through skilled interventions. Educate and empower caregivers/families to carry over therapeutic activities into daily routines; coordinate with referral partners to deliver services per physician orders; design and instruct home exercise programs for post-discharge continuation. Document care in an electronic medical record, maintain confidentiality, and provide ongoing mentoring and training. Requires state license and current CPR certification; 1+ year experience preferred; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
