Job Summary
Provide pediatric physical therapy (PT) or physical therapy assistant (PTA) services in the home/community to children with physical, neurological, cognitive, and social-emotional needs. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing child-specific goals, planning and implementing PT plans in coordination with physicians, educating and empowering families to carry over activities, coordinating with referral partners, designing home exercise programs, and documenting care in an EMR while maintaining patient confidentiality.
