SIGN ON BONUS - $2,000 -Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) FULL CASELOAD AVAILABLE

A Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) provides in-home and community-based therapy for children with physical, cognitive, sensory, or social-emotional delays. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized goals and treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, assisting pediatric and young adult patients with activities across physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, and social-emotional domains, coaching and empowering families to apply therapeutic activities at home, coordinating with referral partners, and ensuring continuation of the therapeutic plan after discharge through home exercise programs. Documentation is completed in an electronic medical record system. Requires Texas OT licensure and CPR certification; typically a 1+ year of experience is preferred.
